Avoid using coupons when choosing Local Pickup as your delivery option

The code I used adds discounts in the cart and when selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout.

I also created a few coupons. How do I change this code to exclude all coupons from the calculation when I select "Local Pickup"?

How to display a notification that the coupon does not work when "Local Pickup" is selected?
