java - 支付宝即时到账批量退款有密接口退款是退给商户还是用户？

教程里面没怎么说清楚。如果是退给用户，那么就很简单了。但是如果是退给商户，我们网站还得转账给用户。关键是请求的时候没有用户的任何信息，所以我感觉上不确定到底是退困给谁。
