c++ - vs2010每次调试都要先重新编译

我曾经把系统时间调到2016年并编译调试程序。 现在调回了正常时间，但是每次调试都要重新编译。
除了把系统时间再调到2016年，还有什么方法不让其每次都重新编译，只编译其中修改过的代码吗？

Delete both the debug and release directories.

Check if there are any unused files in the project, remove them, clean them, and restart VS2010.
