Enough. I have been using a late 2011 4 GB memory + 256 SSD Mac Pro for almost 2 years. It is used in almost the same application scenarios as yours and has no problems so far.
The 128-bit hard drive is sadly not enough. It would be better if it was doubled in size. Speaking of SSDs, they are quite expensive, but 256 is enough
