mysql - navicat是phpmyadmin的赞助商？不是竞争对手吗？

今天上了phpMyadmin的官网http://www.phpmyadmin.net/上看，竟然发现navicat是赞助商，他们两个不是竞争对手吗？

另外貌似navicat比phpMyadmin的功能强大好多，不知道下面这个帖子是否属实？

Navicat actually takes a fancy to phpMyAdmin users, these are all potential users of Navicat.
I personally use phpMyAdmin to manage MySQL and SQLiteStudio on Ubuntu. Manage SQLite.
On Windows, HeidiSQL is occasionally used.

Navicat may indeed be the most powerful SQL database management tool. That modeling tool is pretty good
