linux - /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules无法自动生成

平台：Kali Linux 64位
1.我删除了/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules这个文件。
2.电脑重启之后，这个文件并未自动生成。
3./lib/udev/write_net_rules文件也不存在，试了很多方法也不行。
还有什么其他的方法可以生成/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules文件吗？

/lib/udev/write_net_rules script does not exist and should not be generated.
Knowing the content format of 70-persistent-net.rules, creating one directly should also take effect
