android studio 在win7上卡的要死

我是win 7 64 纯净版，6g内存, 7200转机械硬盘。运行一个空的demo,卡的要死。是不是要换mac 4g内存，SSD硬盘的，才会流畅。怎么做才能流畅用，像记事本一样。
