115.28.212.163 This IP belongs to Alibaba Cloud in China. Why are you trying to circumvent the firewall? I usually look at http://expressjs.com/zh-cn/ap... , but this one is basically untranslated.
I have encountered this problem before, but it was no longer a problem after changing to a different version. Currently using 2.5.6.
