mysql两个表有部分数据部分字段相同，如何同步更新？

Question

简单画了个图，表1为公司渠道来的询价单，表2为销售实际跟踪的询价单。

1. 表1中的询价单未经审核，所以有一部分是直接被销售否决了，所以不记录到表2中。

2. 表2中，询价来源为公司渠道的条目，来自表1中的数据，但增加了其他信息字段。

3. 表2中，有一部分为个人渠道来源的询价单，所以不体现在表1中。

所以，表2中只有一部分条目中的一部分字段和表1中的相应字段对应。问题是，如何让这部分相同的部分实现自动同步（再任一表中修改，另一表都会同步修改。）？
