node.js - vue2 的npm run dev 卡死... 网页无法打开. 8080端口没有被占用...

浏览器也打开了, 但是一直在等待相应.

一直都用的很正常, 只是突然就这样了.
npm 是最新版的. vue2.

通过任务管理器发现,node.exe 一直占用CPU30%以上,
