objective-c - [iOS相关]请问类似微信朋友圈显示未读消息条数的网络部分如何实现？

RT，app代码使用AFNetWorking发送Http请求接收数据。

但类似新消息这种直接由服务器发送的内容，不知道常规解决方法是什么，我想应该不是定时发送请求。

难道需要再建立一个tcp长链接来监听消息？还是说使用消息推送？这个问题困扰了我很久，望有老司机赐教。
