android-studio - android studio更改默认编译版本

android studio每次新建项目都默认采用api23来编译，想改成19，直接在gradle里面单改编译版本会报错。想问一下怎么可以改默认的编译版本，以及studio不让选择编译版本的原因。

What error are you reporting? Please check whether you have downloaded the development package for API 19.

Also, wouldn’t it be bad to compile with a newer version?
