ios - xib文件中设置UIView的约束，设置完了为什么没效果？

在xib里拖入一个UIView，设置了约束（上、左、下距离为5，宽度为1），设置完了以后UIView达到了效果。但是拖动父View的时候，UIView并没有随父View一起动，还是设置之前的效果。求解。

如图，拖动父View以后，设置好的UIView并没有遵循约束。

I tried it, using Update Frames is fine, but it requires Fix Misplacement, and I still can’t drag the parent view directly and the child view will move with it.
