android - 三星消息推送失败问题

hello guys:

一个即时聊天类的app 对小米和华为的消息推送均接入了它们自己的推送平台，杀掉进程后，消息仍旧会推送过去，但是在三星 （android6.0），都发现杀掉进程是没有消息提醒的。

三星是走是长连接，由 环信 推到具体的终端上，而如果把进程杀了，链接也就断了，所以消息就收不上了。为了解决这个问题，有什么解决方案么？
