我在调用一个方法的时候如何来手动提示我这个方法所有重装的参数列表提示？

Bitmap bitmap = Bitmap.createBitmap(width,这时我想不起还需要什么参数了);

见上面的代码 我如何才能让它显示一个黄色背景的提示框（我是默认的白色主题，也许不一样，抱歉）

里面会显示所有的重载的参数列表；

我就可以根据参数列表输入了。
有什么办法可以手动rant它弹出吗？
