imageviewer - Android 实现按钮/图片周围波纹扩散效果？

大致效果示意如图：

中间的可以是一个Button或者ImageView，周围的扩散效果可以控制动画时间反复，跟material design的ripple effect有点不同是在周围扩散而不是按钮上扩散。
