android webview 使用 chrome inspect 调试， 总是空白

android应用使用webview打开远程地址后
在chrome://inspect/#devices里能看到设备和打开的页面， 但是在点击页面的inspect以后， 打开的新窗口一直是一片空白， 没有正常打开控制台。

在某些机型下是这样， 比如魅族MX5
