iOS第一次安装的App，打开时比较慢

1.有一些App，点击时，图标变成灰色，然后手放开，灰色就一直在，不是立刻启动了App，然后过了好几秒后，图标灰色消失，App才启动。
遇到这样的问题，如何考虑？
