python - 不能导入NLTK模块

Question

刚开始学习python和nltk，装了python2.7，numpy,nltk. 但是import nltk时出现错误

看不懂是什么原因，试过用sys.setdefaultencoding('gbk'),sys.setdefaultencoding('utf-8')都是失败的。nltk也重新装过几次了，用pip install nltk,或者官网下载下来安装，都试过，都不能导入。其他模块我试过可以import，比如PIL。
刚开始学习，不太明白，求大神帮忙，感激不尽。

Try it in spyderetc IDE or editor. The coding of cmd is not very friendly and has various problems
