java - 使用七牛云上传视频并切片，有些播放不了

最近在项目中使用七牛云来存储视频，但是遇到一个问题，我上传一个MP4格式的视频，并调用切片的指令，显示上传成功，在网页上输入对应的外链能够正常播放；
但是当我上传一个avi格式的视频是，调用切片的指令，也是显示上传成功，但是当我在网页上输入外链，并没有播放，而是变成了下载文件，下载之后，用播放器也播放不了，这是为什么？
是因为格式的问题？

Cannot be played because the browser player does not support the AVI file format by default.
It cannot be played after downloading. Please check whether the downloaded file is consistent with the uploaded file and whether the file is damaged.
