Python有没有图像识别的模块或者框架？

找了找没发现，一般老司机们都用什么框架，想分析个折线图之类的东西。

图片格式以gif居多，git用Python怎么解析比较好？

Same as above, and already supports py3. In fact, I feel that general analysis does not require a framework, it can be done directly.
