1、计划做一套基于B/S架构的云端资料编写系统，通过将现有excel资料表格模板导入进数据库，实现web端填写资料信息，实现资料表格预览、下载、打印等功能。目前的问题是不知道如何将EXCEL固定的表格样式导入进数据库中。

Go and have a look at the python csv module, just read the table file and write it to the database

You don’t need to write code for this requirement. The MySQL client tool can directly import it, or you can directly use ETL tools
