If you installed the program using apt-get, you can find the backup of package packagename.deb (the name of the package, this is just an example) in /var/cache/apt/archives/, export the package directly, and then in another For Taiwan systems, just use dpkg -i packagename.deb.
There is Sync Between Computers in the File option of ubuntu software center. It should be so that the same package can be installed on other computers. But I haven't tried it!
