ruby - 大家知道怎么在"http://superuser.com"中发帖吧?

最近发现这个网站不错和"http://stackoverflow.com";一样...
发现全英语,不过我还是想发一个帖问一下那些外国人(虽然我的英语不好只是尝试).
但是发写好问题后为什么总是说我不符合他们的要求呢?类似于这种:

Oops! Your question couldn't be submitted because:

It does not meet our quality standards.

我看了这那些发帖的规矩,也尝试做了,但是还是不行发不出去.
你们说是不是因为我的英语语法不对呢?你们有用过吗?怎么发呢?
