Go to the installation directory, right-click on the exe file, send to desktop shortcut, then go to the desktop and change the name of the shortcut, for example, one for Java and one for Android.
Well, it's not actually called the installation directory, because Eclipse requires no installation. That’s the directory anyway, you know.
Right click on the desktop and create a new shortcut
Click to browse and select eclipse.exe in the eclipse directory. If there are two, just create two shortcuts
Right-click to add shortcuts corresponding to two different versions of Eclipse
