对远程服务器使用Git经常出现 "unable to write new_index file"

连接局域网服务器后进入旗下的某个目录，提交代码到git。
过一段时间后，再提交经常会无规律的出现 unable to write new_index file 的提示，无法进行提交。
每次都要断开重新链接才正常，这能解决或避免么？
