docker volume指定单个文件时,宿主机修改文件内容后,进container里文件内容没变

这是docker故意设计的吗?为什么
我认为应该像共享文件夹那样宿主机那边修改了以后container里的内容也应该跟着变啊?
我考虑错了么?
如果container里不变是对的的话?设计意图是什么?

It is recommended to use docker volume to map the host's folder. File changes in the host will be reflected in the container, but the service in the container will not stop.
