You have given too few points to /. Check to see if any unused software has been uninstalled. If there are many things in /tmp, just restart. If there are many logs in /var/log, clear the logs.

If it is not a production machine, you can consider reinstalling it, or if you use lvm, you can dynamically adjust it.

Do not create partition for /home or something others...
One partition, / is enough, because your disk is tooooooo small...
If your RAM is less than 8G, then create a swap partion(2G~4G) on the tail of your disk...
