docker - kubernetes 创建pod达到一定个数后，一直是pending，但我已经设置了--max-pod了

1.现在的环境的是docker 1.9.1 kubernets1.2.0
2.使用rc创建500个pod，只成功创建249个，然后其他一直pending
3.对kubelet的配置做了修改，添加了--max-pod=512
