Why does Docker under Windows need to use xShell or fliezilla to connect? ,

I don’t know which Docker version you are using.
The latest Docker for Windows supports docker operations directly in cmd or powershell. Can’t I import the image by applying docker load in it?

If it is the environment where Docker Toolbox is installed, VirtualBox also supports mounting the Windows host directory. You can also put the image in the mounting directory and enter the import command on the Docker command line.
