github支付不成功问题

我在github上面用paypal支付,没有成功,然后我买的是5个私有项目的包月,虽然我没有成功,但是可以把我的项目变成私有,但是一直给我提示这个信息,我想咨询一下,看有没有懂的!

If you don't need to connect your private projects, you can downgrade to the free version. We will try to process your order again on November 30th. If you have any questions, please contact support@github.com

Pay with a credit card instead.
