objective-c - ios9 internationalization

Question

I encountered a problem. The project supports two languages, Simplified Chinese and English. When the system language is Simplified Chinese, it is Chinese. When the system language is not Simplified Chinese, it is English. There is no problem with iOS8. iOS9 does not work. When the system language is Simplified Chinese, our APP is in Chinese. When the system language is English, our APP is in English. But when the system language is other languages, such as Japanese or Traditional Chinese, it is also Chinese.

Our requirement is that when the system language is Simplified Chinese, the APP will be in Chinese. When the system language is not Simplified Chinese, it will be English.
