git - sourcetree安装后一直显示正在下载版本控制系统，卡死

系统是win10.
之前用mac的时候利用sourcetree来管理仓库的一些东西。在公司换了thinkpad后也想安装一个。
但是安装完之后一直提示：正在下载版本控制系统，而且进度条也没有变化。也不能关闭。只能结束进程。
请教各位下，这是真么回事。

It may be that the server where you download embedded git is blocked. You can try setting up a global proxy.

Don’t click to download the version control system, just download git from Baidu yourself, and then start sourcetree to associate it. The embedded one is blocked. .
