Alibaba Cloud cannot GIT CLONE to obtain code?

It was possible in the past, but today I want to CLONE a new project but it is not possible

error: The requested URL returned error: 400 Bad Request while accessing https://git.coding.net/iburning/ci-job.git/info/refs

Later I tested git.oschina.com and it worked

I want to know whether Alibaba Cloud blocks coding.net or coding.net blocks Alibaba Cloud.
Or am I setting it wrong myself?
