Is the information output by git submodule in order?

Do the two modules here have a certain order, that is, output the version number of A first and then output B?
Because I have seen it in a fixed order many times, and there is a sign at the beginning of the first line. I don’t know what this means?

PS: My requirement is to get these two version numbers for comparison, so there must be order (array type)
