Mibew Web Messenger is an open source online customer service system. Mibew Web Messenger allows customers or visitors to Chat online with the administrator (all chat records will be recorded). The system supports unlimited customer service personnel, visitors and chat records. Provides a Web management interface so that the administrator can: set automatic reply messages, track the visitors from Where did you click in, search historical chat records, forward information to other administrators, mark "abnormal" visitors, view all current call status, and visitors can also leave messages when the customer service staff is offline.
