The target party uses the private key in the agreed asymmetric key to decrypt it, obtains the key for data encryption, and then decrypts the data to obtain the data. How to generate a dynamic library:

1. Install ActivePerl

2. Enter the folder where OpenSSL is located and run ：perl Configure VC-WIN32 --prefix=C:\openssl-dll

3. Enter the VC/BIN directory, run VCVARS32.BAT and set the environment variable

4. Return to the OpenSSL directory and run ms\do_ms

5. Execute compilation in the OpenSSL directory nmake -f ms\ntdll.mak

6. Copy the necessary products to the directory defined by prefix nmake -f ms\ntdll .mak install

Note: You can confirm the compilation of MT and MD libraries by modifying CFLAG in the ntdll.mak file

How to generate static libraries:

1. Install ActivePerl

2. perl configure VC-WIN32 --prefix=C:\openssl-lib

3. ms\do_ms.bat

4. nmake -f ms\nt .mak

5, nmake -f ms\nt.mak install

Note: You can confirm the compilation of MT and MD libraries by modifying CFLAG in the nt.mak file. Delete the generated objects when re-editing.
