为什么会报这样的404呢，查了好多，persistentNotifyUrl这个地址写什么，求解丫。。。

为什么会报这样的404呢，查了好多，persistentNotifyUrl这个地址写什么，求解丫。。。

persistentNotifyUrl 这个参数就是你视频处理成功要POST通知的地址，要写一个公网能访问的URL地址。通过这个这个回到可以通知你视频已经处理完了，并给你一些参数，让你对你的数据库进行操作。

另外你上边贴的LOCALHOST！！！要公网。
