Apple threw its hat into the coveted AI ring with Apple Intelligence to take on Galaxy AI and the soon-to-be-annouced Google AI. While Apple didn't announce a concrete release date, it was rumoured to show up sometime in September 2024. Now, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman says some users might not have to wait that long, while others may have to stick around longer.
Apple Intelligence features will be available to developers as early as next week, meaning users running iOS 18, iPad OS 18, and MacOS Sequoia developer betas will get to experience it soon. However, those still on stable versions may have to wait until October, after the stable versions are out and about. Unfortunately, users in the EU won't get to experience it at all as Apple Intelligence supposedly runs afoul of EU's data protection laws.
Gurman states Apple Intelligence features are afflicted by stability issues. Not all of them will be available at launch. Some of the delayed features include the improved Siri and on-screen awareness. These are expected to arrive via subsequent iOS/iPadOS updates in 2024. The whole suite of promised Apple Intelligence features will be rolled out by 2025. Even the upcoming iPhone 16, which is expected to launch later this year, will be missing the above features at launch.
以上是Apple Intelligence could be pushed back to October; developers might be able to test it next week的詳細內容。更多資訊請關注PHP中文網其他相關文章!
