本站8 月8 日消息,京東對《京東開放平台買貴雙倍賠服務規則》進行了重要修訂,於2024 年8 月8 日生效,適用於在京東開放平台JD.COM 入駐開店的第三方商家。
修訂版本進一步擴大服務範圍,確保消費者在京東購物時能夠享受到更公平、透明的價格保障。
另一方面,修訂版原先要求比價的同款商品前台展示銷量≥100 件、前台展示評價≥100 條,現在標準則都降低為≥30。
1. ▲ 申請路徑1:我的-客戶服務-買貴雙倍賠
簡單來說,修訂版本新增了抖音比價支持,並擴大了與拼多多、淘寶等平台的比價範圍。例如某商品原本需要與淘寶百億補貼比價,現在可直接與淘寶(不含阿里拍賣、淘工廠、淘寶買菜)進行全面比價。
▲ 申請路徑2:搜尋「買貴」、「買貴雙倍賠」、」雙倍賠」等字彙;買貴雙倍賠服務指消費者購買標示此服務標示的商品後,若其訂單實付金額高於京東或其他特定平台上成交同款商品的實付價格(含運費),消費者可在訂單支付後24 小時內憑有效憑證申請與訂單實付金額雙倍差額的補償,目前已經支援拼多多、淘寶(不含阿里拍賣、淘工廠、淘寶買菜)、天貓(不含阿里拍賣、淘工廠、淘寶買菜)、京東、抖音、唯品會(含前述平台的網站、App、微信公眾號、微信商城及小程式等)、途虎養車App。
本站註:買貴雙倍賠服務僅對標以上平台的自營/ 官方旗艦店/ 旗艦店/ 專營店/ 專賣店商品(店鋪資質需含有企業營業執照,不對比個人及個體工商戶店鋪);在京東內比價時,不可以比較京喜小店商品、秒送商品及二手商品。
▲ 申請路徑3:訂單詳情- 服務中心- 買貴雙倍賠;同款商品是指一定銷量(≥30)且評價數量(≥30)的同一商品,且商品品牌、型號(包括但不限於顏色、數量、儲存容量、口味、香型、包裝、款式、材質、成分、尺寸、尺寸、規格、生產日期、贈品、貨號、升級款)、貨源(京東國際商品僅可比較天貓咪國際商品與拼多多全球購、唯品國際、抖音全球購商品)等單一商品維度的基本資訊均一致的商品;

特定平台同款商品的到手價(含運費),即商品標價扣減通用優惠後的價格(以同一區域下單的金額為準)。除拼多秒殺萬人團、天貓聚划算外,其他特殊優惠不予賠付,包括但不限於:
1) 預約預售;
2) 購買多件才可使用的滿減優惠(跨店滿減等);
3) 邀請助力(三人團、五人團等);
4) 新人首單權益/ 會員權益優惠/ VIP 用戶權益;
5) 微信/ 支付寶/ 銀行卡/ 信用卡等通用支付工具的隨機立減;
6) 虛擬資產(京豆、淘金幣、紅包等);
