Precious metals have had a great 2024, but how does it compare to bitcoin?

While gold has had an impressive year, surging by about 27% and tapping a new all-time high just on Friday, bitcoin has also performed well, having increased by roughly 50% in 2024.

However, despite gold's impressive YTD increase, bitcoin has still performed better, at least for now.
