本機xampp運作環境，瀏覽器存取本機環境出現ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

本地佈置了一個環境，​​apache php運作沒有問題。 echo phpinfo（）

xampp中已經打開ssl模塊

連接被重置了，把 php.ini 的設定項

session.use_only_cookies 改为1
