PHP截取網頁原始碼內所有<a>標籤並形成數組的方法

如果我們需要取得一個網頁的原始碼，並從中獲取一些自己需要的信息，例如標籤，或標籤當中的所有內容和的時候。我們就必須要截取，然而php截取函數，相當的操蛋，原諒博主是個新手，至少我找了很久，並沒有發現有向左截取字符串的函數，像別人的答案substr()配合獲取字符串位置的函數，然後截取。我只能說試過，不好用。然後還有些七七八八的辦法，統統不實用，麻煩。接下來我就要說一種方法了，相當的BUG，相當的好用。
