1. 错误原因

当创建React应用时候，执行 npx create-react-app todolist, 报以下错误：

2. 解决办法

切换淘宝镜像源

#换源
npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org
#查看
npm config get registry

执行结果如下：

E:\workspace\demo\p4>npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org

E:\workspace\demo\p4>npm config get registry
https://registry.npm.taobao.org/

3. 再次安装

E:\workspace\demo\p4>npx create-react-app todolist

Inside that directory, you can run several commands:

  npm start
    Starts the development server.

  npm run build
    Bundles the app into static files for production.

  npm test
    Starts the test runner.

  npm run eject
    Removes this tool and copies build dependencies, configuration files
    and scripts into the app directory. If you do this, you can’t go back!

We suggest that you begin by typing:

  cd todolist
  npm start
