node.js - npm install 時報錯tunneling socket could not be established求大神幫忙

我在github上download了一個專案,在安裝npm install時卻安裝不了
Error: tunneling socket could not be established, cause=getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND ... ...:80
#報了這個錯誤

好像是 VPN 的問題，把 VPN 關掉重新安裝一下
