vim - :PluginInstall 不是編輯器指令？

Question

windows上 用vundle 來安裝插件，已經安裝配置了 vundle， 執行 :PluginInstall 時 提示 不是編輯器指令

set rtp+=~/vimfiles/bundle/Vundle.vim
估計是這個目錄不對。放到.vim（他文檔裡說的）下試試。

我也是一樣的問題，我把路徑都設成絕對路徑就好了

set rtp+=D://Programs/Vim/vimfiles/bundle/Vundle.vim/
call vundle#begin('D://Programs/Vim/vimfiles/')
