這台伺服器曾經部署過另一個new relic license key的應用程式
部署新的應用程式時，debug log顯示正在使用另一個應用程式的license

之前的工作人員在這台機器上設定了環境變量，newrelic預設優先使用環境變量中的license等值，修改了環境變量並重新啟動系統後問題就解決了
