• 我嘗試了：include_once('C:InetpubwwwrootphpPHPMailerPHPMailerAutoload.php');

致命錯誤：在C:Inetpubwwwrootphpindex.php的第151行找不到'PHPMailer'類別

我把PHPMailerAutoload.php放在與我的腳本相同的目錄中。

所有答案現在都已過時。最新版本（截至2018年2月）不再有自動加載，PHPMailer應該按照以下方式初始化：
