問題已解決。該問題是在win10的cmd指令切換到angular-phonecat下執行bower install時出現ENOGIT git is not installed or not in the PATH的錯誤，具體解決如下：

方法一：設定Git的環境變數；
git預設安裝目錄為C:Program Files (x86)Git，在系統變數的path中加入C:Program Files (x86)Gitbin;C:Program Files (x86)Gitcmd;回傳執行即可；

方法二：使用Git Bash來取代cmd
