centos7 安裝gitlab之後無法重新啟動nginx，也無法停止

Question

在 linode centos7 上安裝gitlab-ce，安裝之後預設的nginx被停止。
現在無法關掉gitlab自帶的nginx，使用kill進程也是一樣。

gitlab-ctl 守護程式啟動的 nginx.
要使用gitlab-ctl restart nginx.
